Khloe Kardashian is considering surrogacy to have a second kid with her ex-boyfriend Tristan Thompson. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is also weighing the possibility of giving Tristan a second chance.

In a midseason trailer of the KUWTK, Khloe said that she is in the process of surrogacy. She said she is wondering if surrogacy will work for her and her family. The episode was filmed before the recent cheating allegations against Tristan. Interestingly, the couple has been quiet ever since Sydney Chase, 23, claimed that she had hooked up with the NBA star. Chase said she last heard from Tristan the day after Khloe threw their daughter True her third birthday on April 12 in Los Angeles.
However, the KUWTK trailer shows Tristan and Khloe together as a family as they discuss plans of having a child through a surrogate. In the teaser, Khloe, who gave birth to True in April 2018, discusses future family plans with the NBA star. Tristan reassured her that they should discuss the topic in the car. He told Khloe that her sister had done it before, so it will not be something foreign. Tristan referred to her sister Kim Kardashian whose youngest children, Psalm West and Chicago West were born through surrogacy. At one point, the two were sitting side by side speaking to a doctor on the issue on speakerphone, but Khloe didn’t look thrilled.

The KUWTK trailer also touches on the flirtatious relationship. They separated in 2019 following cheating allegations against Tristan, but they have remained committed co-parents to their three-year-old daughter. During the pandemic, they quarantined together to be with their daughter, and Tristan threw Khloe a birthday party on her 36th birthday. Tristan later moved to Boston, where he plays for the Celtics.
In the trailer, Tristan, who was FaceTiming Kris Jenner, said that he misses them and will love to see them all. The midseason also teases Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick’s drama and Kim’s divorce.
